Here's how to get your vans into Cargovate in about ten minutes. The setup checklist shows you where to begin.
On the Import page, download the fleet workbook. It has a tab for your vehicles, your meter readings, your services and your service history.
Give each van your own unit number, its plate, and pick its type from the list.
On the services tab, add what you do: an oil change every 5,000 miles or six months, whichever comes first.
Save each tab you filled in as a CSV file.
Back in Cargovate, choose what the file is and upload it. The columns are matched for you, and the preview shows every row before anything is saved.
Import, and your vans are in. Do the same for your services and your history.
Each van now shows what's due and when โ and you're ready for the first driver check.
