You licence the core — the part every operator uses — and then only the modules you actually need. Nothing is charged per user, and the parts you do not switch on cost nothing. One price for the platform, and you add to it only when you choose to.

How it is priced

Three parts, and the ones you do not switch on are zero.

Core

$500 a month, including 500 shipments

The whole working platform: shipments, checkpoints, parties and their access, documents, purchase orders, approvals, alerts, the audit trail and the dashboard — and with them chain of custody, compliance, import and tracking. This is a complete system on its own, and most operators never need anything else.

Above the allowance: Nothing per shipment. Volume decides which band you are on, not what a month costs

Modules

Licensed individually, per month

Five verticals you add to a working core, not four capabilities held back from it. You hold what you use; a module you drop stops being charged from the next statement, and your data stays where it is. Most operators run the core plus one or two of these — almost nobody holds all five.

Warehouse: $400 / month — Facilities, locations and handling units, stock, reservations, transfers between sites
Manufacturing: $400 / month — Works orders, routings, operator certifications, evidence and the customer portal
Fleet & maintenance: $250 / month — Assets, service schedules, work orders and completion evidence
Finance: $150 / month — Your own cost figures, measured against what the platform observed
Agency: $200 / month — For forwarders: act for your clients, with their records staying theirs
Anchoring: Free to hold — metered per record, below

Bands

The band is the price. Nothing runs on top of it

Shipment volume decides which band you are on — it does not add anything to the month. There is no per-shipment charge above an allowance and no meter running in the background, so the invoice is the same number every month and you can forecast it. Outgrow a band and we agree the next one at renewal.

Banded rather than per seat, because the cost should follow the freight and not the headcount — and because a platform you are already paying thousands a month for should not also be counting your shipments back to you.

Anchoring is free to hold

Anchoring commits a record to a public chain so a third party can verify its integrity without taking our word for it. The module costs nothing to have switched on. You pay only for records you actually anchor, at $0.01 each.

We price it that way deliberately: a capability you have to buy before you can try it is one most people never try. Everything else runs with no blockchain at all, including on a site with no internet connection — a custody handoff is still signed by the party who made it and held as proof, and publishing that proof later does not change what it says. If nobody has asked you to prove a record to an outside party, you do not need any of it.

What is not metered

Worth stating plainly, because per-seat and per-integration charges are where this category usually hides its real cost.

Users

Add everyone who touches a consignment — your team, your carriers, your customers' receiving desks. Group them by site, give them the parts of the product they need, and add as many as you like. A record with half the participants missing is not a record.

Getting your data in

Spreadsheet upload and scheduled imports are a module, and the module is priced — but nothing is charged per row, per file or per connection. Charging by the volume of your own data would be charging you to start.

Documents and checkpoints

Attach what travels with the goods and post events as often as they happen. The shipment is the unit, not the activity on it. Cloud accounts carry a storage allowance; on your own hardware, the disk is yours.

Running it somewhere of your own

The licence above does not change. A single-tenant or on-premises deployment adds a delivery charge on top of it, and nothing else about the pricing moves — the same bands, the same modules, the same allowances.

A dedicated instance, run by us

Your own stack in the region you need it, provisioned and installed remotely. Not shared with any other customer, with its own database, credentials, backups and upgrade window. From $900 a month per instance, plus $3,500 to stand it up. Infrastructure is included. What you are buying is a single-tenant deployment in your jurisdiction, operated — the machine is the cheapest part of it.

On your own hardware, including air-gapped

The same licence, inside your estate, with no connection out. An air-gapped installation runs the core and whatever modules you hold, updates from a signed release bundle you copy in, and stores its documents on your own disk. From $12,000 to commission, then support at 20% of the annual licence, minimum $6,000 a year. Contracted annually.

Two things we would rather say here than in a meeting. Anchoring needs a network, so an air-gapped site cannot use it — everything else runs without one, and a custody handoff is still signed by the party who made it and held as proof. And tracked devices are not charged per device on your own hardware, because your machine is doing the ingest, not ours; device scale is agreed as part of the licence instead.
