Transcript
This is Cargovate for manufacturers. Your customers can send you order requests and answer your quotes in their own portal, with no account to create.
Give the customer a key. It is shown only once, it opens only their orders, and you can revoke it at any time.
They sign in to the portal with that key, and see their own orders, and nothing else on your system.
They send a request in their own part numbers, with their PO. Nothing is made until you have reviewed it.
Back in Cargovate, the request is waiting for you. Match their part number to your own part.
Price the line, set the lead time, and send the quote. Cargovate emails the customer to say it's ready.
In their portal, the quote is waiting for an answer. They review it, still in their own part numbers, and accept it.
The order goes ahead, with the customer's acceptance on record.
