You answer for freight you do not own. When a consignment is late, damaged or disputed, the question is always the same: who had it, when did responsibility pass, and what can you prove?
In Cargovate, custody is recorded handover by handover. One person proposes it: who released the goods, who took them, where, and in what condition.
Another member approves it. The person who proposed a handover cannot approve it themselves.
On the shipment, the chain shows who held the goods at every step. A gap in custody shows as a gap.
With Agency, you act on behalf of each client. A shipment you book for a client belongs to that client from the first record.
Each client sees only its own shipments, and nothing about anyone else's.
Bring a client's shipments in from a spreadsheet, in their own column names. Every import is previewed first: new, updated and unchanged.
Run the same file twice, and nothing is duplicated.
