We build supply chain and asset lifecycle software. The platform was designed against the operating reality of a working freight forwarder rather than assembled from a category definition.
Why we built it
Most logistics software assumes you own the freight.
That assumption is wrong for a large part of the industry. A third-party logistics provider moves goods it does not own, for clients who each expect a complete and private record of their own consignments — and who are frequently competitors.
Designing for that case first, rather than retrofitting it later, changed the foundations: who a record belongs to, what an operator is allowed to see across clients, and what happens to the history when a client leaves.

Design partner for the platform
Cargovate was designed with a working forwarding operation as its design partner. Designing against a real operation surfaced constraints that would not have appeared in a specification — particularly around agency, where an operator acts for many clients at once and the separation between them has to hold under real conditions.
We would rather ship a platform that survives one real operation than one that demonstrates well against none.
Structure
Where Cargovate sits.
Cargovate LLC is the platform and licensing entity, operating within the Vexidus group. Vexidus Corporation holds the underlying intellectual property and licenses it to the operating companies.
For clients this matters in one practical respect: on-premise and air-gapped installs are licensed, supportable arrangements with a corporate entity behind them, not a source drop.
