- Roughly how much you move — consignments per month, order of magnitude is fine
- What you run today — the systems the data would have to come out of
- The problem you actually have — reconciliation, disputes, client reporting, compliance evidence
- Any deployment constraint — data residency, on-premise or air-gapped requirements
