How to import shipments from a spreadsheet
Shipment coordinator training, task 6 of 6: upload a CSV, check how each column maps, preview what will change, import, and see that running the same file again duplicates nothing.

Your existing records do not need retyping. Bring them in from a spreadsheet.
Open Import, choose what the rows are, here shipments, and upload a CSV file.
Each column is matched to a field. Check the mapping, and fix any that are wrong.
The preview shows what will happen before anything changes. Here, three new shipments.
Commit, and they are in. Run the same file again, and all three come back unchanged. Nothing is duplicated.
On your Learn page, the import task is now ticked. A preview alone does not count. Committing the file does.
